Responsibilities

- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support daily operations
- Provide customer support through phone and in-person interactions, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including basic bookkeeping and invoice processing
- Support scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff or clients
- Maintain organized office supplies inventory and ensure the office environment is tidy and efficient
- Support specialized roles such as dental receptionist or medical office tasks if applicable
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or related fields
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and document management
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Prior experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus but not required
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience with multi-line phone systems are preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new software or systems
