Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive construction knowledge in restaurant construction & renovations, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role is vital in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Superintendent will coordinate daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain safety and quality compliance across all phases of construction.
Duties
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam for project scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Monitor quality control measures to meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs and controlling expenditures; assist with construction estimating as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety compliance and identify potential issues early.
- Maintain detailed records of daily progress, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in commercial construction projects.
- Extensive construction experience with a strong understanding of building processes and materials.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations on active job sites.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Pay: $85,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
