You won’t just be "cleaning"—you’ll be responsible for maintaining the high-standard sanctuary our clients expect. Key Responsibilities
- Precision Cleaning: Execute top-tier cleaning across residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and deep-level surface disinfection.
- Fabric Care: Manage laundry duties with care—washing, folding, and organizing linens or garments to a boutique standard.
- Inventory & Logistics: Prepare and maintain your cleaning kit, ensuring all supplies are stocked, safe, and ready for high-efficiency performance.
- Time Management: Navigate your daily schedule with punctuality and pace, ensuring every task is completed within the designated window without sacrificing quality.
- Client Relations: Act as a professional ambassador for the CleanPapi brand, addressing client preferences and special requests with a courteous, "can-do" attitude.
- Organizational Mastery: Beyond cleaning, you will help maintain the flow of a space by keeping work areas tidy and restocking essentials.
Requirements
- Communication: Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage for connecting with our diverse clientele.
- Experience: A background in residential cleaning, luxury hospitality, or premium housekeeping is preferred.
- The "CleanPapi" Eye: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot the things others miss.
- Papi Attitude (Reliability): We want people who are punctual and shows up. Transportation can be arranged.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently, maintaining our gold standard of cleanliness with minimal supervision.
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
