Key Responsibilities
- Set and prepare banquet rooms according to event requirements, ensuring tables, linens, and place settings are properly arranged
- Provide a warm welcome, professional, and efficient service throughout each event
- Support event execution by working closely with the kitchen and restaurant team
- Assist guests with requests and ensure they have an exceptional experience
- Serve food and beverages in an organized, timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of event spaces, storage, and presentation of service areas
- Assist with room setup and breakdown, including A.V. equipment setup and bar setups and service as needed
- Uphold service standards and contribute to a positive team environment

- Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-focused attitude with the ability to take direction and support others
- Ability to stay calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- High stamina, comfortable being on your feet, and lifting tables/chairs for setup

- Ability to multitask while maintaining service standards
