Job Duties:
- Supervises staff on the specified shift to ensure that all employees are working safely, efficiently, and diligently to meet established standards
- Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of all orders (inbound and outbound).
- Responsible in helping the shift supervisors run the floor & taking on a leadership role.
- Freezer picking/inventory, picking orders, covering palletizing line for others breaks, loading & unloading trucks & trailers, fixing picking and inventory errors.
- Running day or afternoon shift for vacation coverage of supervisor
- Inventory maintenance & cycle counts
- Export preparations, labeling, and documentation if required etc.
- Coordinate and follow-up with productions for product shortage.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Warehousing Best Practices
- Strong communication skills,

Wage: $23.80/hr
