We are a boutique personal injury law firm with a busy practice located in the Toronto area. We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant and a Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of the legal processes and procedures, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
The legal assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to paralegals including but are not limited to writing correspondence to third parties, electronic filing, answering phone calls, booking appointments and managing client files.
The Paralegal will be responsible for all legal matters including but are not limited to handling multiple client files, drafting legal documents, attending hearings and settlement negotiations.

Pay: $43,604.15-$71,005.30 per year
