We are looking for responsible, patient and caring individuals to work in our Summer and out-of-school care programs. Individuals will be expected to understand and follow inclusive practices and lead children in participating in all activities. These positions are ideal for anyone looking to get started in child care, students looking to work before or after school and people not looking to work an 8 hour day.

Activity Leader
For July and August 25-35 hours per week Monday to Friday shifts
Then beginning in September
Monday to Friday 7am-9am/ 2:15pm-6pm, split shifts are dependent on availability.
Extra hours available for non-instructional days, early dismissals and seasonal breaks.
$21.66 per hour

Requirements:
*Be 19 years of age or older
*1-2 years experience working with children or youth
*20 hours of schooling in related courses/field
*Possess valid emergency first aid & CPR certification (or be willing to obtain)
*ECE an Asset
*Class 4 Driver's license an asset
*Speak and write fluent English
*Strong organizational skills
*Second language an asset
*Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal record check
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Directly leading and implementing a planned program including participation in all activities, out-trips
*Maintain strong, open confidential and respectful communication with parents, children, staff, and management at all times.
*Showing leadership, good judgement and the ability to work independently and within a team.
