Fowler Construction is actively seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to supervisors, technical staff, subcontractors, and labourers, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. You will be responsible for cost controls, productivity, financial reporting, subcontractor and supplier relations, and contractual resolutions to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, schedule, and oversee the full lifecycle of civil construction projects.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, with proper documentation of all safety initiatives and in compliance with OHSA, Fowler H&S policies, and project requirements.
- Monitor and manage job profitability, focusing on cost control and crew productivity.
- Meet and manage project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Direct and oversee project performance to ensure efficiency, high quality, and profitability.
- Liaise and negotiate with onsite inspectors, owners’ representatives, enforcement offices, and the public.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with contract specifications, drawings, and budget.
- Mentor and provide direction to site supervisors, project coordinators, and field teams
Position Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management within municipal, ministry, or private highway/road infrastructure projects.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Technology or a Bachelor of Engineering Degree is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and site management software (Sitedocs).
- Valid G driver’s license.

Work Conditions
- Travel to various sites as required.
