We are currently seeking skilled casual interpreters to join our team at SODS. Please note that this position is not an employee of SODS. You will receive a fee for the service you provide to clients of SODS. All work is offered on a casual basis depending on the needs of our clients.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can fluently speak any of the following languages: Arabic, Amharic, Dari/Farsi, French, German, Greek, Korean, Karen, Mandarin, Indian Punjabi, Kirundi, Kinyarwanda, Oromo, Portuguese, Polish, Rohingya, Russian, Spanish, Swahili, Somali, Tagalog, Tigrigna, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, and Urdu.
Most of our services are requested during typical working hours, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. If you are a newcomer, a University of Saskatchewan student or work part-time or full-time with a flexible schedule, and your English level is at CLB 7 or IELTS 6.0 or better, we invite you to apply.
