Responsibilities
- Safely operate tow trucks to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles across various locations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting vehicle owners with professionalism and courtesy during roadside assistance or recovery.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after towing to identify mechanical issues or damages.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, vehicle conditions, and customer interactions.
- Perform auto detailing tasks including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning to restore vehicles’ appearance.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background check
- Current Tow license a definite asset, will assist in training the right candidate
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive operation fundamentals.
- Experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
