THE ROLE
As a key member of our front-line team, you will be the face of Parkview Optometry. Your day-to-day will include:
- Warmly greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience from the moment they walk in
- Booking and managing appointments with accuracy and care
- Handling patient inquiries in person, by phone, and by email
- Supporting the clinical and administrative team wherever needed
- Contributing to a positive, high-functioning team environment every day
