Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards
- Make Sandwich and bowls
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs promptly
- Manage cashiering duties, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and processing payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management
- Support team members with serving food or other operational tasks during busy periods
Skills
- Previous barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink customization
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the food industry or food service is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
