Tutto Restaurant & Bar, an upscale Italian restaurant in Yaletown, is looking to add an experienced Host(ess) to the team!
The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospitality industry professional with at least two years of experience in a similar upscale dining environment.
The ideal candidate must:
- be well-versed in using OpenTable or a similar reservation management software.
- be comfortable using a landline phone and have strong phone etiquette
- be consistently well presented - you are the first face guests see when they enter the restaurant
- have strong time management skills, and able to make decisions regarding guest requests and table assignment quickly and efficiently
- have a friendly and open attitude.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
We are expanding our hours of operation and are looking for someone who can work days, evenings and weekends.
