What You’ll Do
- Dispense and review medications
- Provide patient counseling and medication reviews
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with Alberta College of Pharmacy standards
What You Bring
- Current licensure (or eligibility) with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient communication skills
- Retail pharmacy software experience (asset)
- A passion for community-based patient care
Compensation & Perks
- $75 - $80/hour – top-tier for Alberta retail pharmacy
- $30,000 signing bonus
- Retention bonuses available
- RSP – 4% of base annual salary put towards group RSP
- Short-term incentive plan – annual bonus for pharmacists (variable)
- 4 weeks total paid time off – 2 weeks vacation + 1 additional week + 4 personal days
- Medical & dental benefits – starting day 1
- Licensing & insurance fees – fully covered
- Additional credentialing (e.g., CDE) – fully covered
- $2,500 tuition reimbursement
