Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Bar Security personnel to ensure the safety and security of patrons, staff, and property at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the premises, enforcing policies, and maintaining a safe environment.
Duties
- Monitor the bar area and surrounding premises through physical patrols to prevent unauthorized access and maintain order.
- Enforce legal regulations and establishment policies related to alcohol consumption, conduct, and safety.
- Screen patrons for identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage drinking.
- Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, de-escalating situations as needed.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Experience
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are required.
