Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Educational Sales Consultant to join our team on a Hybrid+ commission basis only. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students, promoting our programs, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential students through calls, messages, and networking
- Provide accurate information about programs, admissions, and benefits
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable educational pathways
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Maintain records of interactions and sales activities
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping students
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in sales, education consulting, or customer service is an asset, but full training will be provided to help you succeed!
- Comfortable working on a Hybrid or commission-only structure
