We are recruiting, enthusiastic full and part time Guest Services Representatives for our brand
new Blue Crescent Hotel in Deacon's Corner, Manitoba.
Purpose: To create 100% Guest Service Satisfaction by providing superior guest service.
● Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when
providing superior guest services.
● Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving
guest problems.
● Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best
judgment as to when it is appropriate to rectify the guest concern.
Performs other duties as required:
● Receives and processes incoming customer reservations.
● Check in / Check out guests as required.
● Greets customers and finds out what they want (dates, times, type of rooms, etc.)
● Is always revenue ready and suggests upgrades as applicable to guest needs.
● Records reservation information accurately; identifies and records group book codes
and special requests.
● Records and processes deposit and billing information.
● Maintain, replenish, and supervise the complimentary breakfast in the morning.
● Supervise, and take ownership of the common area cleanliness in the absence of
housekeeping.
● All other duties as required.
As a 24 hour operation, various shifts and hours will be required with this role
Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
