Mobile Service Technician – GTHA
About Us
We are a growing company specializing in dock doors, loading dock equipment, and industrial service work across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. We take pride in quality work, reliability, and strong customer relationships, and we’re looking for a hands-on Mobile Service Lean Hand to join our team.
You’ll work as part of a two-person crew, handling installation, service, and repairs at customer sites.
What You’ll Do
- Install, service, and repair dock doors and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Travel to customer sites across the GTHA
- Work closely with a Foreman as part of a small, efficient crew
- Safely operate equipment such as scissor lifts and ladders
- Follow all safety procedures, including working at heights when required
- Complete basic service reports and job notes
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanically inclined (comfortable with tools and hands-on work)
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, harnesses)
- Physically able to handle a demanding, active job
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with dock doors, overhead doors, or industrial service is an asset—but not required
