We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic or mechanically inclined candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and maintaining various types of heavy equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical issues on equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment.
- Assemble and disassemble equipment components as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills
- Proficient in automotive repair with experience in heavy equipment mechanics.
- Strong ability to assemble and disassemble mechanical components.
- Competent in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read schematics for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Skills in welding are advantageous for performing necessary repairs.
