Overview
We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll help execute marketing campaigns through social media, digital advertising, content creation, email marketing, SEO, website updates, and online brand management. You'll play an important role in building brand awareness, engaging guests, and supporting the organization's marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
- Write copy for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Assist with digital advertising, SEO initiatives, and website updates.
- Monitor social media engagement and online brand presence.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Maintain online listings including Google Business Profiles, OpenTable, and other digital platforms.
- Support event and promotional marketing initiatives.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver marketing projects on time.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field, or currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program.
- Professional marketing experience is an asset but not required.
- Recent graduates and current students are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or email marketing platforms is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in hospitality, events, or consumer-facing brands is considered an asset.
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
