RPI Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Pharmacist for a short-term contract at a retail pharmacy in Reston, Manitoba.
Contract Dates: July 20, 21, 22, 23, 2026 (4 days)
Shift Times: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm daily (8.5 hours per day, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Support Team: 1 Pharmacy Assistant + 1 Pharmacy Intern on shift

Compensation – Exceptional Earning Potential
- Rate: $100/hour – This is an all-inclusive rate. The pharmacist is responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and accommodation expenses for the duration of the contract.
- Total Gross Contract Value: Based on 4 days × 8.5 paid hours per day = 34 billable hours.
o Total Gross Earnings = $3,400.00 for just 4 days of work.

Pharmacy Environment
- System: Kroll (MANDATORY)
- Daily Prescription Volume: 100 – 140 Rx/day
- No Methadone or Suboxone dispensing.
Critical Requirement:
PHARMACIST MUST KNOW THE KROLL SYSTEM VERY WELL. This is a non-negotiable requirement for this placement.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional pharmacy services, including dispensing medications, patient counseling, and clinical support.
- Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and pharmacy standards (College of Pharmacists of Manitoba).
- Supervise and collaborate with the pharmacy assistant and intern.
- Maintain accurate records using Kroll software.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
- Proven, expert-level proficiency with Kroll software.
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
