Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate is client-oriented, detail-driven, and confident in managing a diverse personal lines portfolio, including home, auto, and recreational insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines business as a CSR team
- Provide expert advice on property, auto, and recreational products
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and brokerage standards
- Handle client inquiries and claims support in a timely, professional manner
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Valid insurance RIBO licence
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and underwriting guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with brokerage management systems and Microsoft Office
