Quantum Door Company Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of custom interior and exterior doors. We are looking for an experienced Prehung Door Assembler to join our growing production team.
Mandatory Experience:
(Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered)
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience assembling prehung doors.
- Experience assembling both interior and exterior prehung door units.
- Experience installing hinges, jambs, weatherstrip, sills, brickmould and hardware.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and production work orders.
- Experience using woodworking equipment and pneumatic tools.
- Must be physically capable of repeatedly lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy interior and exterior door slabs and completed prehung door units throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience operating a Norfield prehanging machine.
- Experience with custom door and hardware preparations.
- Forklift experience.
Job Duties:
- Assemble interior and exterior prehung door units.
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards.
- Read production orders and assemble products accurately.
- Perform quality inspections before orders are completed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assist with packaging and preparing orders for shipment.
Job Details:
- Full-time, permanent position

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
