Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Manager to lead our team. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, wholesale business growth, CSI excellence and department profitability.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in automotive parts management or a similar leadership role in a dealership setting.
CDK/ DMS management systems
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of automotive parts and service processes, warranty procedures, and parts management
