About Martel + Mitchell Rehabilitation: Martel + Mitchell Rehabilitation, North Bay, Mattawa
Responsibilities
· Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans and exercise programs
· Guide and supervise patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises
· Prepare treatment areas and maintain clinic equipment
· Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the clinical team
· Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
· Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience
· Support clinic operations and administrative tasks as required
What You Will Bring to the Team
· A Physiotherapy Assistant diploma, Kinesiology degree, or relevant rehabilitation experience
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Reliability, professionalism, and strong common sense
· A strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
· Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care
· The ability to accept feedback and a genuine desire to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
