Job Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Wizeprep, you’ll be the first point of contact for students who attended our on-campus events. Your goal is to connect with these students, understand their needs, and schedule them with an advisor to discuss their pre-med journey, MCAT prep, university courses, extracurriculars, and more.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education, sales-driven, and eager to help students achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to students who attended Wizeprep’s on-campus events.
- Engage with students via phone, email, and text to understand their academic goals.
- Schedule students for one-on-one consultations with an advisor.
- Educate students on Wizeprep’s services, including MCAT prep, university support, and extracurricular planning.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in our CRM system.
- Work towards sales targets and performance-based bonuses.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for education.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but open to people looking to enter this career path.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
Compensation & Benefits
