Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are hygienic and organized
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including handling food items safely and efficiently
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishware for food service operations
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health standards
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
- Ensure timely turnaround of clean dishes during busy service hours to support restaurant operations
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning or dishwashing roles within restaurants, hotels, or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices is advantageous
- Experience with kitchen equipment and basic food preparation tasks can be beneficial
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
