Receptionist - Needed to Keep Everyone Connected
The Receptionist we need to join our team is someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and keeping everything organized. You're the type of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves meeting new people, and takes pride in making every interaction a positive one. If you're someone who enjoys multitasking, stays calm under pressure, and finds satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly... we're excited to meet you!
Your coworkers have always recognized that you're friendly, dependable, and incredibly organized. You don't just answer phones or greet customers—you create outstanding first impressions while ensuring every detail is handled accurately and every person gets connected with the help they need. Whether you're managing administrative tasks, coordinating vehicle deliveries, or supporting your teammates throughout the day, you understand that every interaction matters because you're often the first face and voice of the dealership.
At Township Auto Group, our receptionist plays a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone contacts or visits our dealership. You'll be responsible for welcoming guests, directing calls, supporting every department with administrative tasks, and ensuring daily operations continue without interruption. Behind every successful dealership is someone who keeps communication flowing, stays organized, and helps both customers and coworkers have a great experience - and that's exactly where you'll make a difference.
