Responsibilities
- Install building components such as drywall, cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures with precision and attention to detail
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Perform carpentry tasks including cutting, measuring, and assembling materials as needed
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure proper insulation and finish quality
- Conduct construction painting tasks when required, ensuring smooth and professional finishes
- Utilize handyman skills to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout all phases of installation
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines and specifications
Skills
- Proven experience in construction painting, carpentry, or general construction work
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into physical installations
- Skilled in caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques for professional results
- Strong handyman experience with a broad understanding of various repair and installation tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions
