We are currently hiring a dependable, hard-working Cleaning Technician to join our team for the upcoming season, with opportunity for long-term growth.
This is a physically active position suited for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a results-driven team.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior cleaning (homes and commercial buildings)
- Pressure washing driveways, buildings, and other surfaces
- Cleaning and maintenance
- Assist with surface prep and sealing services
- Safely set up and operate ladders and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers
- Care for company vehicles and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance is critical)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting ladders and equipment
- Comfortable working at heights
- Professional communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience is an asset, but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to shop
- Ability to work full-time during peak season
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Compensation & Growth
- $19–$26 per hour (based on experience and performance)
