Overview
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hair & Skin Care Technician to join our wellness team. You will provide high‑quality hair treatments, skincare services, and exceptional client care in a clean and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, wellness, and maintaining excellent sanitation standards.
Compensation: hourly, commission, or room/chair/ bed rental.
Responsibilities
- Perform hair services including blowouts, treatments, and scalp care
- Provide skincare services such as facials, masks, exfoliation, and related treatments
- Offer waxing, threading, and other beauty services (if certified)
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness of tools and work areas
- Educate clients on aftercare and product use
- Upsell retail products professionally
- Deliver excellent communication and personalized client service
Qualifications
- Experience in hair styling, skincare, or related beauty services
- Strong customer‑service and communication skills
- Ability to upsell products in a professional manner
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals
- Certification in aesthetics or permanent makeup is an asset
- Professional, reliable, and committed to high‑quality client care
Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
