Nissan of Nanaimo, part of the Landsperg Automotive Group, is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. If you're passionate about vehicles, thrive in a competitive environment, and enjoy building strong customer relationships - we want to hear from you. We are looking for the right candidate to bring onboard anywhere from BC or AB.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish
- Present financing and product protection options
- Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads in the CRM
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
What You Bring:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- VSA license (or willingness to obtain)
