Our client company located in the Brampton area, is currently looking for a focused and efficient Accounts Payable professional to join their finance team within a high-output industrial environment.
This role is a full time permanent, direct hire opportunity built for someone who excels at high-volume processing and enjoys the "rhythm" of a busy back office.

Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume AP Processing: Manage the entry and coding of 10 000+ transactions per month with a high degree of precision.
- ERP Data Entry: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to process vendor invoices and maintain clean, organized financial records.
- Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconcile a high volume of corporate credit card transactions and receipts on a monthly basis.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Assist in resolving "three-way match" errors between purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices.
- General Finance Support: Provide foundational support for Accounts Receivable (AR) and assist the finance team with basic filing and month-end tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Industrial Background: Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution setting is required.
- ERP Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or a similar mid-market ERP) is essential. We are looking for someone who moves beyond basic QuickBooks usage.
- Volume Capability: You must have a proven ability to manage large amounts of data
- Professional Mindset: This is a contract position with potential for a permanent role
