Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated CADWorx Support Specialist to manage the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of our CADWorx software suite, ensuring seamless support for our engineering project teams. This pivotal role bridges the gap between software administration and engineering design, focusing on maintaining robust 3D plant models and assisting project teams.
Core Responsibilities

Create and configure CADWorx projects.

Develop and maintain company-standard Specs and Catalogs.

Customize Isogen styles and GA to match client-specific drawing borders and dimensioning styles.

Coordinate data exchange between CADWorx and other analysis and clash detection tools.

Generate critical project deliverables such as Isometrics, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and clash detection reports.

Provide over-the-shoulder support and formal training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5+ years of CADWorx administration experience for specialist roles.

A degree or diploma in Engineering Technology, Drafting, or Computer Science. A certificate or diploma from a technical college drafting program is also a typical background.

Deep proficiency in CADWorx Plant Professional, P&ID, and underlying platforms like AutoCAD.

Strong analytical abilities and clear verbal communication skills for instructing users on technical solutions.
