Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team, providing exceptional, recurring cleaning services to private homes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to develop strong organizational and communication skills while working in a supportive environment. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus. Experience in residential cleaning, and/or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The position emphasizes excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness using assigned cleaning supplies and equipment
- Organize cleaning protocol to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks
- Communicate effectively with management and clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences while using Jobber app
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns professionally and according to company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times and adhering to safety protocols/measures outlined in provincial and company policy
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is advantageous but not required; paid training will be provided for those new to the field
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and organize tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Familiarity with operations management software such as JOBBER preferred however, training will be provided.
