Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various renovation tasks, demonstrating expertise in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to restore and enhance properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Duties
- Execute renovation projects including but not limited to tile laying, flooring installation, and drywall work.
- Restore properties by performing necessary repairs and enhancements.
- Form concrete structures as needed for various projects.
- Ensure plumbing systems are installed and maintained correctly.
- Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute project specifications.
- Estimate construction costs and materials required for each project.
- Finish concrete surfaces to achieve desired aesthetics and durability.
- Collaborate with other trades such as electrical professionals to complete comprehensive renovation tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout all phases of the renovation process.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in tile laying, flooring installation, drywall installation, and restoration techniques.
- Experience with concrete forming and finishing processes.
- Ability to plumb effectively within renovation contexts.
- Strong blueprint reading skills for accurate project execution.
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices to assess project needs efficiently.
- Previous experience in electrical work is a plus but not mandatory.
