Please note: This is not a salaried or hourly position. Real estate professionals in Ontario are independent contractors licensed under the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
Responsibilities / Duties:
As a licensed Realtor® (or once licensed), your role will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, and referral partners.
- Guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process with professionalism and care.
- Marketing and promoting listings using Royal LePage’s tools, resources, and brand assets.
- Learning proper business strategies through our Compass New Agent Training Program.
- Attending office meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions to continually develop your skills.
- Managing your business pipeline, client communications, and transaction paperwork with accuracy and organization.
- Collaborating with fellow agents and leadership within our supportive team environment.

Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in or completed the Ontario Real Estate Salesperson program at one of the four RECO-approved providers (Humber Polytechnic, Algonquin College, Fleming College and Career College Group)
* Passionate about helping people and building relationships.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn.
* Must be (or be eligible to become) licensed under RECO in Ontario.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based, self-employed role. At Royal LePage Frank, we provide the structure, training, and mentorship you need to generate income and grow your business.
