Elevate Dermatology is a busy, modern dermatology clinic in Pickering, Ontario offering medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services. We are looking for a skilled, professional, and patient-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about skin health, cosmetic dermatology, patient education, and delivering an elevated patient experience within a physician-led dermatology clinic.
Duties
- Perform advanced laser and medical-grade chemical peels
- Conduct in-depth client consultations
- Create customized treatment plans based on client goals, skin type, and concerns
- Educate clients on medical-grade skincare and proper home care
- Support long-term client retention and treatment program sales
- Maintain accurate client notes, consent forms, and treatment documentation
- Follow proper sanitation, safety, and clinic protocols
- Assist with inventory and treatment room organization
- Assist with front desk duties when needed, including calls, booking, check-out, and client follow-up
- Support social media content when applicable
- Help maintain a collegial, professional work environment
Experience
- Has a minimum of 3 years of medical aesthetics experience
- Has strong hands-on experience with laser treatments, skin resurfacing, and medical-grade chemical peels
- Is confident conducting consultations and creating customized treatment plans
- Understands consultation-based selling, package recommendations, and client retention
- Has excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Is reliable, polished, confident, and detail-oriented

We are looking for someone who can bring experience, confidence, professionalism, and strong client communication to both the treatment room and the consultation process.
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
