Our client is looking for a Field Glazier to join their growing installation team specializing in window and door solutions. The position involves installing, replacing, and servicing glazing systems in residential homes and active construction sites. The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Install and replace sealed units and glazing systems in homes and construction sites.
- Assist with assessing, repairing, and installing window and door components.
- Safely handle glass and materials, lifting heavy units as required.
- Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts.
- Conduct safety assessments and job site inspections.
- Build strong relationships with home builders, contractors, and clients.
- Follow health, safety, and quality policies without exception.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in glazing or related trade.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 100+ lbs (45 kg)
- Comfort working at heights and in active job site environments.
- Flexible schedule, including occasional travel for out-of-town assignments.
- Strong attention to detail.
