Inside Sales Representative, Penticton

As a valuable member of CustomAir, the inside sales position will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to;
- Answering the phone and communicating with customers
- Communicating with the sales team
- Taking customer requests via telephone and email
- Following-up with customers and potential customers
- Inputting data into a CRM
- Preparing and following up on submitted quotations
- Dealing with account issues
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
- Following strategies to achieve sales objectives
The ideal candidate will have a willingness to be a team player as well as work independently with limited direction. HVAC knowledge is strongly recommended, although we are willing to train the right person with a passion to learn the industry.
