Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a critical part of our supply chain, handling everything from unloading incoming containers to accurately picking and packing outbound shipments.

Key Responsibilities
- Container Unloading & Receiving: Safely and efficiently unload incoming containers, verify product counts against packing slips, and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Equipment Operation: Professionally operate forklifts (e.g., Sit-down, Stand-up Reach, or Pallet Jacks) to move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
- Pick & Pack Operations: Accurately pick orders using pick sheets or RF scanners, pack goods securely for shipment, and label packages according to carrier standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts, restock shelves, and maintain an organized, logical inventory layout.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work zones, aisles, and shipping docks clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Forklift Skills
Proven experience operating forklifts; a valid forklift certification/license is highly preferred.
Physical Stamina
Ability to stand/walk for long periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Tech Savvy
Familiarity with RF scanners or basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
Core Skills
Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and excellent teamwork/communication.
Safety First: A strict commitment to following all safety protocols, wearing PPE, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment is non-negotiable.
