We are seeking a dedicated Car Wash Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent service. The Car Wash Detailer plays a vital part in maintaining the appearance and quality of our customers' vehicles, contributing to the overall reputation of our business.
Responsibilities
- Wash and clean exterior and interior of vehicles using appropriate tools and cleaning products
- Vacuum carpets, seats, and trunk areas to remove dirt and debris
- Apply wax, polish, and protective coatings to enhance vehicle appearance
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all equipment is properly stored after use
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from customers
- Assist with additional detailing tasks as needed to meet customer expectations
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions as required for vehicle detailing tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts
