Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering client relationships and driving business growth, contributing significantly to our mission of supporting startups as a long-term partner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and client is satisfied.
- Book pickups and drop-offs.
- Be the main point of contact for brands. Communicate via Slack, email or phone with the customer.
- Handle day to day inquiries and escalate to appropriate department leads if necessary.
- Communicate information to key team members from clients, such as anticipated sales volumes, dates.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to review cost reports, sales and identifying other business opportunities for the customer.
- Post-sales implementation - onboarding and setup. Help set up the settings on the warehouse management software, provide a demonstration to the customer of the software, gather details needed for billing, and answer any questions from the customer.
- Assist in special requests from the client if needed, including inventory inspections, or urgent order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in warehouse and 3PL operations is an asset.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Previous experience in account management or customer service.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Type A attitude - ready to help and get things done!
- Excellent organization and time management skills are key.
- Ability to compile and analyse sales and cost data through tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

Pay: $45,760.00 per year
