Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Coordinator, Brokerage Services, to join our team. The Coordinator, Brokerage Services is primarily responsible for coordinating brokerage events, overseeing company facilities and office supplies, and managing office administration functions to support the efficient operation of the Brokerage.
The ideal candidate will have 1 - 3 years experience in a real estate office environment, possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Primary Duties
- Assume the lead role in planning and organizing Brokerage events and collecting RSVPs (Including, but not limited to: Sales Meetings, fundraising initiatives, Brokerage social events and awards).
- Maintain tracking system for RSVPs and attendance at all events.
- Manage the Brokerage Google events and education calendars.
- Responsible for Brokerage facility & equipment maintenance.
- Manage supplier relationships (RFPs as necessary), office equipment, coffee & office supplies.
- Assist with phone setup and troubleshooting phone issues.
- Follow up on RECO Licenses and renewals.
- Follow up on real estate board dues.
- Organize and track through a spreadsheet brokerage gifts, flowers & donations.
- Manage sales awards and long service awards.
- Assist Manager, Brokerage Services with onboarding of Sales .Representatives/Licensed Assistants/Administrative Assistants.
- Process exits - Sales Representatives/Licensed Assistants/Administrative Assistants.
- Provide a minimal amount of accounting assistance.
- Administration relating to the Brokerage website.
- Management member of JHSC
- Conduct monthly Health & Safety Inspections & prepare Health & Safety Inspection reports – locational.
- Other tasks as required to meet the needs of the business.
Experience
- 1 - 3 years' previous experience in a real estate office setting is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, customer service, and communication skills
- Administrative experience that showcases strong organizational abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $700.00-$900.00 per week
