The Alberta New Home Warranty Program Group of Companies (ANHWP Group) is Alberta’s most experienced and trusted new home warranty provider and educator for homebuilders. This is a casual position that resides with Dweller Home Services. Dweller is the newest company from Alberta New Home Warranty Program (ANHWP) and provides various inspection and walkthrough services for Home Builders, Property Managers and soon to be home buyers.
Dweller Home Services has an immediate vacancy for a casual Residential Construction Inspector. The successful incumbent will be responsible for conducting inspections at the completed stages of a new home build. This may also include a new homeowner walkthrough. The Residential Construction Inspector will work with numerous home builders to develop relationships and understand their building process, paired with your established inspection skillset. Working hours will not exceed 40 hours per week and there is no guarantee of hours each week.
Primary work locations are East and South Calgary, Chestermere, Airdrie, and will include Strathmore, High River, Cochrane, Crossfield from time to time.

The Residential Construction Inspector will work closely to home builders and home buyers in scheduled in-person appointments in the Calgary and surrounding area (including Cochrane, Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks and High River)
