We are looking for a Collision Consultant for Donvito Collision and Glass at our Arlington location. This role is critical in delivering outstanding service during a customer’s experience. The successful candidate will excel at building rapport, clearly communicating repair needs and costs, and following up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction. The Collision Consultant will handle phone inquiries, customer walk-ins, and complete all necessary paperwork for collision repair orders.
The Position:
- Work with customers both in person and on the phone to ensure their needs are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all files are properly and consistently organized for customer arrival and delivery.
- Handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Monitor the repairs of vehicles in order to effectively update guest on the status.
- Assist estimators in scheduling appointments for incoming jobs
- Support in preparing final billing
- Participate in final delivery of vehicles back to customers; walk them through the repairs and paperwork
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
- Results driven and customer focused attitude.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience within the collision repair business.
- The ability to work under stressful situations in order to maintain great customer service.
- Experience with Mitchell Connect, BodyshopConnect (or similar management system) experience preferred.
- Above-average communication skills.
- A valid driver's license.
