Job Responsibilities
- Window cleaning using squeegee methods and water-fed pole systems
- Gutter cleaning and exterior maintenance
- Pressure washing and soft washing services
- Roof moss removal and chemical treatments
- Working on ladders and using fall arrest systems
- Logging job details in the company CRM system
- Taking clear before and after photos for client records
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
Ideal Candidate
- Must have a valid driver’s licence
- Must be physically capable of lifting 30–50 lbs regularly
- Must have a mobile phone with a data plan for daily use of the company CRM app
- Enjoys physical outdoor work
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Experience in exterior cleaning is a MUST at this time.
