ROLE SUMMARY
As an Immigration Case worker at KGraph, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their immigration applications. You will manage caseloads, coordinate documentation, liaise with regulatory bodies, and ensure every file is handled with accuracy and care. This is a client-facing role that demands strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of Canadian immigration processes, and genuine empathy for clients navigating high-stakes situations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of immigration cases from intake through to resolution, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Conduct intake assessments and gather required documentation from clients
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications and supporting materials accurately
- Communicate proactively with clients to provide status updates and set clear expectations
- Liaise with IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) and other government bodies as required
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files in the case management system
- Identify potential issues or delays in cases and escalate to the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) when needed
- Assist with preparing clients for interviews or hearings
- Stay current on changes to Canadian immigration law, policies, and procedures
- Support business development by contributing to a positive client experience and referral culture
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in an immigration consultancy, law firm, or related legal environment
- Solid working knowledge of Canadian immigration streams (Express Entry, PNP, spousal sponsorship, work permits, study permits, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong asset
- High attention to detail and accuracy when preparing legal documents
- Empathetic, professional, and client-first approach to service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
