Muskoka Timber Mills (MTM), based in Bracebridge, has a 30 year history servicing the Ontario custom wood products market. Our products include an exterior branded siding line called Timberthane, custom wood cladding for ceilings and floors as well as most other finished wood products used in the building industry. We work with the top architects in North America and through this we have curated a portfolio of industry leading wood products that get sold in high end and custom building applications in Muskoka and across Ontario.
The Company was recently purchased by a group of energetic entrepreneurs that also own a number of other building products companies in Ontario. Under the new ownership group, MTM has laid the seeds for significant growth through launching an exciting new MTM brand, invested in digital marketing, opening the best finished wood products showroom in Ontario and opening a sales office in Collingwood. In addition, the Company has invested in critical foundational elements such as launching a new ERP system and rolling out Salesforce CRM. This is an exciting time at MTM and we look forward to adding sales talent to help take the business to the next level.

Position Overview:
The Moulder operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the moulder. This position involves reading and understanding orders, a stong mechanical skillset, an eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety. Cleanliness, organization, and computer skills are required to produce a quality product effeciently. The moulder operator is a member of the moulding room team and will be required to do other tasks as required.

Operating Duties:
- Set up, Operate and maintain the moulder.
- This involves Reading orders, select heads, adjust the machine settings to produce accurate results
- Trouble shoot issues as they arise
- Ensure quality product is always producer through the moulder.
- Log and Document orders inside our ERP system
- Focus on the efficiency of all orders while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Make sure all daily inspections are done on the machine you are operating.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Customer Service:
- Meet all our customers delivery dates.
- Provide support and information to help resolve any moulding issues that may arise.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of machine operations, possessing mechanical skills
- Attention to detail is critical as to meet the quality standard that are required for each order
- Problem solving and troubleshooting is required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
