Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the selection and fitting of eyewear for our customers.
- Frame adjustments and repairs to give the optimal fit.
- Informing patients about advances in corrective eyewear solutions.
- Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle, ensuring they receive the best in value and quality.
- Interpreting optical prescriptions as written by optometrist.
- Performing frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning of eyewear.
- Booking appointments, taking payments and insurance billing and processing.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Awareness of current fashion trends
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use a computer and Ipad
- Basic math skills
Preferred experience
- Optical dispensing experience
- Previous customer service and retail experience
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
Pay: $16.00-$35.00 per hour
